About your hosts

I’m Sudhakar, an engineer and ISB graduate who left corporate life in 2016 to build a simpler, soil-connected life. I bought land in 2018, moved into a mud house in 2020, and have spent the last 7.5 years creating Vaanavil Farm & Food Forest — now home to our online organic store, farm stay, and weekend experiences.

I’m joined by my wife Noushadya, born in Thanjavur and formerly with Milaap, who brings her love for traditional Indian cooking and healthy baking to our farm life. After volunteering together at AuroOrchard, we moved to Tirunelveli to nurture this 12-acre farm, our cows, our dogs , and a shared dream of sustainable living.
